Custom 3D Printed Items: Because custom 3D printed items are manufactured specifically to your requested specifications, designs, or uploaded files, they are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Manufacturing Defects: If your item arrives broken or suffers from a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., severe layer shifting or under-extrusion), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video and photos of the issue. We will review the defect and, if approved, issue a free reprint of the exact same file
